Nita M. Lowey 21st CCLC

Every child deserves the right to be the best he or she can be. Children are our future and most valuable resource. We owe it to them to provide the opportunities for each and every one to reach his or her potential.

Funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center after school and summer enrichment program is open for all youth in kindergarten through sixth grade.

Staff include certified teachers, human service professionals, and program specialists.  All staff have required clearances and all key staff are certified in First-Aid and CPR.  The YMCA of Titusville is a member of the National After School Association, and the National Summer Learning Association.
